Logistics
Logistics cum Purchasing Assistant
Full-time
📍 Miri (HQ) ⏱ 1-2 years
Key Responsibilities
  • ✅ Coordinate local & inter-branch logistics (inbound/outbound)
  • ✅ Coordinate air and sea shipments, including import/export documentation.
  • ✅ Liaise with transporters, suppliers & warehouse teams
  • ✅ Liaise with suppliers on order confirmation, delivery, and shipment status.
  • ✅ Process POs, DOs, invoices & shipping documents
  • ✅ Source & negotiate with suppliers
  • ✅ Support inventory planning & stock monitoring
  • ✅ Support purchasing activities including preparations of Request for Quotation (RFQ) and Purchase Orders (PO).
  • ✅ Handle import documentation with forwarding agents
  • ✅ Handle daily email communication and supplier coordination.
  • ✅ Prepare export documents for samples.
  • ✅ Work with logistics providers and customs to ensure smooth import and delivery processes.
Requirements:
• Proficient in Bahasa, English & Mandarin/Chinese
• Minimum SPM or Diploma in Business Admin, Supply Chain or related
• 1-2 years in logistics, purchasing or supply chain (preferred)
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and a proactive team player
• Work with logistics providers and customs to ensure smooth import and delivery processes.
Sales
Sales Executive
Full-time
📍 Miri (HQ) ⏱ 2+ years in sales (machinery/parts preferred)
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Miri headquarters. You will manage existing client relationships and develop new business across the heavy machinery spare parts sector in Sarawak.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing client accounts across Sarawak
  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities in the construction, timber and plantation sectors
  • Prepare and deliver product presentations and quotations to clients
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the Sales Manager
  • Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely delivery of orders
  • Prepare weekly sales reports and maintain accurate CRM records
  • Attend industry events and trade exhibitions as required
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering or related field
Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience
Own transport and willingness to travel within Sarawak
Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage
Knowledge of heavy machinery is a strong advantage
Operations
Parts Counter Assistant

📍 Bintulu ⏱ Fresh graduates welcome
Join our Bintulu operations team as a Parts Counter Assistant. You will assist customers in identifying and sourcing the correct spare parts, manage parts orders and maintain accurate inventory records.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist walk-in customers and telephone enquiries in identifying the correct spare parts
  • Process parts orders accurately using the internal inventory system
  • Maintain organised and up-to-date stock records in the warehouse
  • Coordinate with suppliers and head office for parts not in stock
  • Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies to the Branch Manager
  • Ensure the counter and warehouse area is clean and well-organised
  • Provide basic technical guidance to customers on parts compatibility
Requirements:
SPM or Diploma in any field
Good customer service and communication skills
Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, inventory systems)
Ability to identify machinery parts is an advantage
Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
Logistics
Warehouse Supervisor

📍 Miri (HQ) ⏱ 3+ years warehouse management
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead warehouse operations at our Miri headquarters. The role involves overseeing stock management, ensuring timely dispatch of orders and leading a team of warehouse staff.
Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead a team of 5–10 warehouse staff in daily operations
  • Oversee receiving, storage, picking and dispatch of all spare parts orders
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits
  • Ensure all orders are processed and dispatched within agreed timelines
  • Implement and enforce warehouse safety procedures and SOPs
  • Coordinate with the purchasing team on stock replenishment needs
  • Train and mentor new warehouse staff
  • Prepare daily and weekly warehouse performance reports for management
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or Business Administration
Minimum 3 years of warehouse supervisory experience
Proficient in inventory management systems
Strong leadership and communication skills
Valid forklift licence is an advantage
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
